[You Can Dance(1987)]는 마돈나의 초기 댄스 명곡들이 수록된 [Madonna(1983)]와 [Like a Virgin(1984)]에서 "Into The Groove", "Physical Attraction", "Holliday",등의 댄스넘버들을 리믹스하여 수록한 앨범이다. 수록곡 모두를 원곡의 2배에 가까운 곡으로 탈바꿈시켜놓은 이 앨범을 굳이 사서 들어야 할 이유는 없지만, 댄서블한 넘버에 갈증을 느끼는 사람에겐 꽤 좋은 아이템이 될듯하다. 특히 4분33초의 곡을 8분 26초로 늘려놓은 "Into The Groove"은 원곡보다 딱 2배 흥겹다.

Smiths가 해산한 이듬해인 1988년에 발매된 라이브 앨범 [Rank]의 수록곡으로써[The World Won't Listen]의 Money Change EveryThing에 이은 Smiths의 또 다른 연주 넘버다. 이곡에서도 기타리스트인 Johnny Marr만의 탁월한 리듬감은 유감없이 발휘되고있다.

1999년 코소보 난민을 돕기위해 Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine, Oasis등 쟁쟁한 뮤지션들의 미공개 트랙로 꾸며진 컴필레이션 앨범 [No Boundaries]에 수록된 Jamiroquai의 Instrumental곡이다. Canned Heat 싱글에는 실렸으나 정규앨범에는 실리지 못해서 묻혀질 뻔한 곡이 좋은목적으로 만들어진 앨범에서 그 빛을 보고있다. 개인적으로 지나친 퓨전의지가 결합된 Jay Kay의 현재 포스가 과거만 못한것 같아 조금은 아쉽지만.... 간만에 이곡으로 그와 활기찬 교감을 했던 과거를 회상해본다.
