BEGINNER'S CLASS : Tuesday 7:00-9:00pm
Learn how to unleash your Eternal Truth to the boundless world. Beginner's mind is Enlightened mind. Whole universe is in a mustard seed. Dharma Talks for beginners and experts, sitting and walking meditation and chanting. Q&A with 'Before the rain' green tea ceremony. Please come as you are.

SITTING ZEN and KOAN INTERVIEW : Thursday 7:00-9:00pm
Your searching for the Zen answer itself was using the utmost Truth already. Use your own Excalibur to save all suffering beings from their endless suffering. Sit 45 minutes for two sessions; 15 minutes walking meditation between sittings. Private Koan and Meditation Interview with Zen Master Pohwa Sunim is during the 2nd session.
FAMILY ZEN SESSION : Sunday 4:00-6:00pm
Children are Zen Masters. They are mothers and fathers of Buddhas. Help them to teach others and themselves how much life is wise. Bring the family and learn about the utmost Enlightenment in this Sunday afternoon class. From unborn babies to 100 years old seniors, all are welcome. Sit, participate in the Tea Ceremony and Chant. Questions are encouraged.

Beginner's Zen Class
Tuesday 7:00PM - 9:00PM led by Zen Teacher Il-Ha (John Bly)
In the moment, there are no beginners nor experts. But you should learn to bloom a fresh lotus flower each second. Zen Tea will be served along with question and answers. The class includes two 20 minute sitting sessions and a walking meditation. Just come as you are.

Deep Zen Night

Friday 7:00PM - Midnight led by Zen Master Pohwa Sunim
After a busy week, turn towards Zen and peaceful nighttime sitting and walking meditation. Mitigate suffering by developing a sages mind. Tiger never eats grass. Zen Warriors capture the eternal truth in every single moment of life and death. Join us for any portion of the deep Zen meditation night with Zen Master Pohwa Sunim at the Potomac Zen Sangha in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.
7-8PM 20 minutes sitting / Master's Dharma Talk with Tea serving. Questions are encouraged.
8-9PM 45 minutes sitting / 15 minutes walking meditation
9-10PM Private Kong-an interview with Master Sunim while others are sitting / 15 minutes walking meditation.
10-11PM 45 minutes sitting / 15 minutes walking meditation
11-Midnight 45 minutes sitting / 15 minutes walking meditation

Formal Buddhist Ceremony
Saturday 9:00AM - 11:00AM led by Zen Master Pohwa Sunim
Buddha means Enlightenment. Because Buddha spoke without words, Udumbara onl y blooms on your tongue. Join us for an hour of morning sitting followed by a formal Buddhist Ceremony with chanting and, finally, by a Dharma talk with Zen tea. A private Kong-an interview with Sunim will be available after the class.
