올해 무료 만화책의 날에 배포될 'Evolution of A Hero'의 내용 샘플이 공개되어 궁금증을 풀 수
있었는데요. 예상한 바와는 다르군요.

새로 그린 건 거의 없는 듯. 기존의 만화 장면들을 잘라 붙이고는 설명글을 쓰는 형식으로 채운
모양입니다. 샘플은 앞쪽 몇 페이지만 보여주므로 뒤에 뭔가 있을지도 모르지만 ...
처음 보는 그림이 있을 거라고 기대를 걸었거든요. 정말 신선한 게 없다면 표지만으로 만족해야겠죠.

매출이 얼마나 된다고 하든 리뷰 평가가 어떻든, 다양하게 계속 나오는 것 만도 행복하지만
좋은 소식이 들리는 편이 역시 훨씬 낫죠.


최근에 접한 '뿌듯한 기록'에 관한 말.
소닉 라이벌즈 2가 무진장 잘 나간다는 것과 만화책이 최장수한다는 것입니다.

라이벌즈 시리즈는 동양 미발매작. 그 두 번째 작품이 발매처인 미국과 유럽에서 대박을 쳤대요.
미국에서는 최고 히트작 타이틀이 붙었고 유럽에서는 '플래티넘'급에 올랐다고 합니다. 플래티넘이란
아직 정확히는 모르겠지만 현지 사람 말로는 아마 100만 단위로 팔림을 의미한다나.

만화책이란 그거요. 북미 아치 말입니다.
게임 만화로는 제일 오래 연재되는 것으로써 기네스에 오른다고 해요.
이미 신기록은 세웠지만 앞으로도 끝없이 나아가기를 ! ><
