재미난 동화책 하나를 발견했다.
그냥 한번 소개...

시작합니다.

If you give a mouse a cookie,
he's going to ask for a glass of milk.
When you give him the milk,

He might get carried away and
sweep every room in the house.

He may even end up washing the floors as well!
When he's done,
he'll probably want to take a nap.
You'll have to fix up a little box for him
with a blanket and a pillow.
He'll crawl in,
make himself comfortable
and fluff the pillow a few times.
He'll probably ask you to read him a story.

So you'll read to him one　　　　　 of your books,
and he'll ask to see the pictures.
When he looks at the pictures,
he'll get so excited he'll want to draw
one of his own.
He'll ask for paper and crayons.
He'll draw a picture.

When the picture is finished,
he'll want to sign his name
with a pen.
Then he'll want to hang his picture
on your refrigerator.
Which means he'll need

Scotch tape.
He'll hang up his drawing
and stand back to look at it.
Looking at the refrigerator
will remind him that
he's thirsty.
So...

he'll ask for a glass of milk.
And chances are if he asks for
a glass of milk,
he's going to want a cookie to go with it.

마음이 따뜻해지면서 웃음짓게 만드는 동화인것 같아
딸내미랑 서점 갔다가 사달라고도 안했는데 내가 자진해서 사준 책.
이 책을 읽고나서는 두가지 버젼의 감상문이 가능하겠다.

1) 어린이용 발랄 감상문
에너지 넘치는 생쥐에게 쿠키 하나를 주었다가 도미노처럼 일어나는 일련의
재미난 사건을 보면서 아이들의 상상력을 마구 길러줄 수...

2) 성인용 심각 감상문
네가지가 없는 용의주도,주도면밀한 생쥐에게 선심을 썼다간
아마존의 나비가 날개짓을 하면 텍사스에 강력 토네이도가 분다는
나비효과 카오스이론을 직접 검증하게 될 수도 있으니

요렇게 머리 한가닥 trim이 안된 생긴 생쥐를 보거든
초코칩쿠키 하나만 달라는 금품요구에 절대 응하지 말고
가까운 경찰서나 파출소 및 군부대 또는 국립수의과학검역원장 및
국세청 홈페이지(??)에 신고해야 한다는 교훈!

참, 그렇다면 반미 테러리스트들은 아마존에 가서
대량으로 나비 인공사육을 하고 있다는 음모설이 가능한건가???
