안녕하세요. 건다운님 ^^
비로긴으로이긴 하지만 블로그 너무 잘 보고 있습니다.
다름이 아니라, 이번에 프랑스 파리로 3주간 출장을 가게되었습니다.
먼저 제가 직접 자료를 찾아보고 여쭤보는게 맞겠지만,
사정이 여의치 않아(월요일날 출장 결정나고 내일 출국합니다;;;)
일단 이렇게 여쭙게 되었습니다.
일단은 파리에서 주로 머무를 예정이지만, 일정중에 보르도쪽으로 잠시 다녀올예정입니다.
보르도쪽에 가면 winery 투어가 가능하다면 할 생각인데 아는곳이 전혀 없네요...;;
파리 혹은 근교 그리고 보르도쪽에 혹시 아시는 곳이나 꼭 들려봐야 할 만한 곳이 있다면 추천해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
(음식점이나 winery 등등...아무곳이라도 괜찮습니다. 사갖고 들어올만한 특산물도 좋습니다. ^^;)

아... 파리는 이전에 올라온걸 기억을 못했네요. 너무 감사하기도 하고 번거롭게 해드려서 죄송합니다. ^^;;
건다운님 뿐만 아니라 블로그에 드나드시는 분들의 방대한 자료에 항상 놀랍니다. ^^
너무 감사드리며, 보르도나 포르토(여기도 추가되었습니다^^;;)도 업뎃해주시리라 기대합니다. ^^

I have some restaurants at Paris to inform you. I hope that this is not too late. Benoit ( Alain Ducasse) at 20 Rue Saint-Martin nearby Tour de Jacque. telephone number is 01-42-72-25-76. I like their Foie Gras with brioche toasts and Filet de Boeuf. Their Boeuf sauce is excellent. When you order beef steak in medium in France, you better to say "well done". Otherwise you will have a raw beef.

Goumard at 9, rue Dupot between Madelene and Tuillie garden serves nice selection of oysters. Relais Louis XIII (Manuel Marinez) at 8 rue des Grande- Ausutins serves nice traditional dishes. I like their lamb dish and mushroom appetizer. Cheese course was also good. The lamb dish was very mild flavor. If you like Gary Danko style dining, I bet you would like this restaurant. My favorite was Lescure at 7, rue de Mondovi (tel 01-42-60-18-91) among four. This is more like bistro. It is nearby Trullie garden. Tiny restaurnat but filled with customers and fast service. . I like their boeuf bourguignon and granny apple sorbet. First three restaurants serves lunch course meal around ~50 euro. the last one , Lescure at 23.50 euro. Have a fun.
