People are living in a society except lonely man on an unknown island because it is easier to survi
ve than living alone. But that have a problem. It is that more than two people are in a same area, they must have trouble between a person and a person because each of the people wants more benefit for him or her, but for that, some one　 must be sacrificed. But nobody wants to be sacrificed.

For that reason, people promise about what they should not do such as don’t kill a person, which is rule. But they don’t feel enough and study for them and make written, organized, agreeable rule, which is called law.

Almost modern laws are promising the people freedom in the frame of laws. It is like a dog that is captured for a lope. It may be seemed the opposite of freedom, but the dog can do anything in its place that owner allow. If you enter the area of the dog, you can’t complain although you are bitten by the dog.

In other word, rules divide people individually for each of their freedom and right. A person can do anything if he or she doesn’t invade other’s place. The rule’s role is to define the individual’s area. It is very personal thing.

Rules don’t give any freedom but it doesn’t take any freedom too. It just allows freedom. The laws don’t have give or take a freedom, because human is originally free existance.
