White Kimchi Okonomiyaki

Main Ingredients
White Kimchi 100g, 1/2 Squid, 10 Shrimps, 3 roles of Bacon, 1/2 Onion, Green Onions 20g, Gadarangi 10g.
Flour Dough: Flour 1cup, Water 170cc, White Kimchi Soup 1/3cup, Yam 5 Tablespoon, Salt, Pepper.

Sauce

Sauce 1: Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon, Wusta Sauce 2 Tablespoon, Ketchup 4 Tablespoon.
Sauce 2: Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon, White Wine 1 Tablespoon, Sugar 1 Teaspoon



Cooking Procedures
1. Slice the stems of the white kimchi and squeeze out the moisture
2. Remove the intestines of the squid and shrimp and cut in bite size pieces
3. Slice the bacon, onions, green onions in bite size pieces
4. Mince the yam and mix with flour, water, and kimchi soup and place it inside the refrigerator for 10 minutes
5. Make the two different sauces and mix well
6. Mix the prepared ingredients together including the white kimchi, squid, shrimp, bacon, onions, and green onions.
7. Apply oil to the heated pan and cook thoroughly
8. Place the cooked food on the plate and season it with the two sauces and finish up by sprinkling garangdangi on top.
