패인<--패이다(verb)<--파다
파다 means 'dig' it can be used for clothes, meaning neckline is very big or wide? (you know, it shows much skin if the neckline is like that)
노출이 심한 옷-->clothes that shows too much of your skin
심하다 --> too much
가슴이 너무 많이 패인 옷-->clothes that has too low neckline
그런 데서 --> from that kind of thing
남자들은 그런 데서 범죄를 생각한다.
Men might think of commiting crimes from that kind of thing.
