Here, I think 추력추력 sounds strange, is it right? We usually 추적추적...
사이점 백구오 when we read number with decimal, it reads 사십이점 일구오.

전 조승우배우는 위해서 그 영화를 봤는데 실은 조승우씨는 하류인생에서의 연주를 더 좋아하는다.
==> 저는 배우조승우때문에 그 영화를 봤는데 실은 조승우씨는 하류인생에서의 연기가 더 마음에 든다.

말아톤 is just a symbolic expression from 초원's mouth who is not a normal person.

Adding to Aurora's reply, ~면 is the subjunctive suffix. It's the same with the if in English, though the if comes ahead of a sentence. That kind of suffix is the most difficult part of Korean grammar.
~면, ~하니, ~하고, ~라서, ~지만, ~하므로, ~때문에, blah, blah, blah. English instead has the conjuction playing the same roles such as if~, when~, and~, because~, even~, so(therefore)~, because, and so on.

And grammatically 마라톤(marathon) is right. but in this movie the word is rewritten to mimic the actor's voice.

^^ Usually the vocally handicapped can not pronounce clearly and quickly. So they pronounce slowly like 말-아-톤 instead of 마라톤.
