The Palace of Versailles, or in French, known as the Château de Versailles, is a royal château in Versailles, France. King Louis XIV stayed in this palace from 1682 until the royal family was forced to return to the capital in 1789. Versailles is famous not onl y as a building, but as a symbol of the system of absolute monarchy that Louis XIV espoused.
Personally I liked the huge garden that it has... Very beautiful.
